Woodcote Designs was set up in 2009 as a result of the recession which has had a significant effect on funding for major projects and subsequent workload throughout most sectors of the building industry.

About Us

Ivor Dibble, sole practitioner and director, qualified in 1974 and has had over 35 years experience initially working on housing and education projects and for the last 21 years working with a national firm of architects on major retail and leisure based schemes throughout the United Kingdom.

At the same time he has delivered a number of individual projects including new-build houses, extensions and renovation of mill buildings on a private basis.

Our Services

The practice has been set up to work either individually or with previous colleagues who have long term experience of working as a team to provide a full range of architectural and planning services on new build, extension or refurbishment projects.

Services can be provided either as 'Basic Services' covering all stages of a project from inception to completion on site or as 'Partial Services' to cover initial design, Planning and Building Regulation submissions only.
